Sales invoices
Detailed invoices with per-line discounts, buy-X-get-Y schemes, tax, notes and A4, half-A4 or POS print formats. Managers can edit saved invoices safely.
Items and stock
Items with brand, model, specifications, warranty months, barcode, SKU and image. Decimal quantities for metres, feet, kg and litres, with low-stock alerts.
Purchases
Record stock received from suppliers. If an item runs out mid-sale, jump straight to Purchase with that item ready to restock.
Customers and credit
Customer accounts with running balances. Cash, bank transfer, credit and partial payment types on every sale.
Outstanding payments
Collect payments against selected invoices by cash, bank transfer, cheque or online, and print a payment receipt.
Returns
Return items against the original invoice. Stock is restored and the customer's balance is adjusted automatically.

Does it need the internet?
No. It runs entirely on one Windows PC and works the same during internet or power outages.
Can I sell on credit and collect payments later?
Yes. Credit and partial sales add to the customer's balance. You can later collect payments against one or more invoices, and the customer ledger shows every invoice and payment.
Does it show my profit?
Yes. The dashboard and the Profit & Loss report show gross trading profit, based on the purchase price of the items sold, after discounts and returns.
Can I use it in Urdu or Arabic?
Yes. The screens can be shown in English, Arabic or Urdu, and invoices can be printed in a different language from the screen.
Can I import my existing items and customers?
Yes. Items, customers, suppliers and schemes can be imported in bulk from a CSV file. Every row is checked and you get a summary of what was imported.
