Pricing questions
Are prices fixed?
Yes. After a short discovery we agree a fixed price for a defined scope. Changes are quoted separately before any work starts.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
We can invoice in PKR, SAR or USD depending on your location.
Are software licences included?
Third-party licences (for example ERP or Power BI subscriptions) are billed by the vendor and are not included unless stated in your quote.
How are payments scheduled?
Projects are usually billed in milestones, such as kickoff, delivery and go-live. Support plans are billed monthly.
