The challenge
Sample: a retail chain received its ZATCA Phase 2 notification with a fixed deadline. Its POS and ERP produced Phase 1 invoices only, across several branches and many counters.
Our solution
- Sample: assessed invoice types, branches and devices against Phase 2 requirements.
- Sample: added an integration layer generating UBL 2.1 XML, hashes, stamps and QR codes.
- Sample: onboarded every device with ZATCA and passed compliance checks.
- Sample: switched to live clearance and reporting with monitoring and alerts.
